This candlelit Heart-Opening Group Reiki session centers the heart chakra to cultivate warmth, tenderness, and deeper self-connection. Through guided breath, meditative Reiki, and subtle Tibetan tones, Elizabeth gently softens protective layers and settles the nervous system—helping you release what’s been held too tightly and make room for ease, presence, and nourishment from the inside out. Come solo or bring a loved one. All are welcome.
