Session Six: Winter Stillness — Candelit Group Reiki

This session is less about effort and more about allowing—settling the nervous system, softening protective layers, and creating space to release what’s been held too tightly. Through guided breath, meditative Reiki, and subtle Tibetan tones, I support you in making room for warmth, ease, and deeper self-connection as we honor this new solar eclipse season.
