Winter Grounding — Reiki from Root to Heart

This session centers the lower chakras (root, sacral, and solar plexus) to cultivate steadiness, warmth, and inner stability as the temperature drops and life grows busier. Through guided breath, meditative Reiki, and subtle Tibetan tones, Elizabeth leads you from root to heart, helping you feel more anchored, nourished, and supported from the inside out.
